Insomniac’s 2020 Electric Daisy Carnival Has Been Postponed

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Insomniac has had to reschedule its 2020 electronic festival originally set to take place May 15th through May 17th.

The Electric Daisy Carnival will now take place from October 2nd to October 4th at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, celebrating its 10th straight year of being held in the city. Performers will include Alesso, DJ Snake, the Chainsmokers, Alison Wonderland, David Guetta and others.

Pasquale Rotella, Founder and CEO of Insomniac, wrote to the performers, “You are not only the Headliners, you are the very heart and soul of EDC.” Adding, “Without you, there would be no Insomniac and no festival. Thank you for your patience and support while we struggled to make the decision to postpone.”

Tickets already sold will be accepted on the new date. Those who want a refund can request one by going to the festival’s website. Rotella said, “Nothing has changed but the date. In rescheduling the festival, the team and I considered everything. We worked with local officials and the Speedway to come up with a date when things should be back to normal. We also considered talent availability, hotel rates and the weather. Our goal is for all of us to return stronger than ever.”
